Who is Taber?

Hello & welcome! My name is Taber Lobaugh & if you've landed here I am so glad and I hope to chat with you soon!

I was raised in Fayetteville, AR - then moved on to get my strategic communications and fashion merchandising degree from Oklahoma State University. Growing up I remember always wanting to be the party planner. I loved hosting and getting all the details in order, while making it look as beautiful as I could. Simultaneously, I was geeking out about wedding gowns and was entirely fascinated by the wedding industry. It led me to this dream of getting to plan the fun while also being surrounded by the beauty of it when it is finished. My heart landed on WEDDINGS! And really any other event you have on your mind - they all excite me! I have a passion to celebrate people no matter what form or fashion - you get to decide and I get to make the magic happen!

I currently reside in Nashville, TN. Life here is fabulous and I love it. I book locally and love to travel! I would love for your event to be my next destination!

What is a Day of Wedding Coordinator?

A day-of wedding coordinator is a person responsible for making sure the wedding day or weekend is executed perfectly. Their roles include overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities.

This professional can swoop in and make sure all the couple’s hard work comes to life while they enjoy their wedding day. The day-of wedding coordinator can also help the couple make sure they aren’t missing any pieces to their wedding, especially small things non-professionals might overlook. Essentially, they are the glue of the day and hold the most minor to most extreme details together.
